Hand Print Flowers for Mom

For each hand print flower you will need:

  • light colored (white, yellow or pale pink) and green construction paper
  • tempera paint - your favorite colors
  • paper plates
  • scissors
  • craft glue

  2. Press his hand gently onto the light colored construction paper. After the handprint dries cut around the hand print . This is your flower.
  3. Next glue the hand print to the top of the Popsicle stick or chenille stem. Then cut two small leaves from the green construction paper and glue the leaves below the flower onto the stick.
  4. Place in a pretty vase and give to mom.

NOTE: You can also glue a small magnet onto the back of the flower so she can put it on the fridge if you like.
